Susan Fahrenkrug has over 25 years of experience in network engineering, both as a technician and department manager. She began her education in electrical engineering technology but found her passion for IT and communication systems in 1994. She then continued her education in Information Technology.
Susan is a graduate of Onondaga Community College (OCC), earning an associate degree in Electrical Engineering, a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), earning a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Communications Systems, and has studied the Cisco CCNP certifications at Syracuse University (SU). Susan is the author of the book, First Step to Cybersecurity That Anyone Can Do, and does speaking engagements on hot topics such as ‘internet safety’, ‘email safety’, ‘shopping safely on the web’, and more. She has been judging cybersecurity competitions for over 5 years, including the NECCDC, facilitating fairness and scoring.
Having worked on all types and size business networks throughout her career Susan knows how to find network solutions specific to client needs. Once you know the technology you are interested in, she then schedules a free consultation. During the meeting she not only points out products and solutions that add value to your business, but she discusses issues that may be a concern. Once you find a product you like, she creates an installation strategy that best suits your needs and schedule. An integral part of this strategy is to negotiate the lowest possible price and still give you the technology you want. After a proposal is accepted, she works with her staff and vendors to give outstanding customer service.
When it comes to deploying technology solutions, and managing and protecting PCs and other technology equipment, Susan deploys unparalleled service that gives you the confidence that you are being managed and protected.
Offering exceptional service, Susan truly enjoys helping businesses with their IT needs.
